“Modern Family” jumped onto the ABC lineup in the fall of 2009 and quickly found an audience among the scores of sitcoms released that season. The show and its kooky lineup of characters is a refreshing change to the typical sitcom formula and the actors manage to make the comedic dynamic seem easy and not forced.
